OmniGrab serves users worldwide. This policy explains the information used for accounts, subscriptions and support.
Information we handle
Account data includes email, sign-in ID, plan, connected Chrome profile identifiers, daily counts, timestamps and support messages. Google sign-in also provides your name and profile picture for account access. Stripe shares plan and payment status, never your full card number.
Media stays local
Downloads, captions and speed controls run on your device. OmniGrab may inspect the active page and store media URLs in Chrome, but sends no media, page URLs, captions, transcripts, files or speed preferences to our account service. Account checks send identity, plan, device and action counts only.
Use and providers
We use data for accounts, limits, billing, security and support. We never sell it or use media for ads or AI training. Supabase runs accounts; Stripe handles billing; Cloudflare hosts the site, API and sign-in; Netlify may serve older links; Brevo sends account email. Providers may process data internationally.
Retention, rights and contact
We keep records as needed for accounts, billing, security, tax and law, then delete or de-identify them. Safeguards apply, but no service is risk-free. Adults may request access, correction or deletion, subject to required retention. Email us below. Updates show a new date.
