These terms apply when you download, use or pay for OmniGrab. If you disagree, do not use it.
Account and licence
You must be 18+ and provide information. One non-transferable licence covers two Chrome installations or profiles. Keep sign-in links secure. Do not share or resell access, redistribute OmniGrab, evade limits or use code, automation or AI to bypass subscriptions, except where law permits.
Plans and billing
Free includes one media save and transcript export per account each UTC day, counted when work starts. Paid removes preset daily caps for personal use. Stripe bills in advance and renews automatically, plus shown taxes, until cancelled in Account → Manage billing. Access continues to period-end. Refunds may cover duplicate charges or an unfixable verified fault; mandatory rights remain.
Responsible use
Only save media you own or may lawfully use. Follow copyright, privacy and website rules. Do not bypass DRM, infringe rights, harm others, attack services, share accounts, resell access or collect in bulk. We may limit or suspend misuse.
Availability and law
Chrome and websites change, so sources, formats and transcripts are not guaranteed. Features may change. Where legally allowed, liability is limited to your prior 12 months’ payments. Nothing here removes mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
